I heard about this book many times and even had come across the highlighted agreements as someone’s screen saver. But it wasn’t until a friend suggested it to me a few days ago, that I decided to buy it.  I’ve had so many a-ha moments just on chapter one, that I am sure that by the end of the book, I will be a different person.

#5 Sunday Afternoons

After 12 hours, my body finally said it was time to wake up.  It was a sunny 75 degree day, and as any other weekend, I got up and sat in front of the computer to continue working on my many projects.   However, I couldn’t really focus and since I needed to run a few errands, I decided to go out.  So I hopped in the shower,  pulled my hair up to a pony tail, put my shades on and bounced.

I began to drive without a destination and headed west in the direction of a few mountains that I’ve been curious to see since I moved to Arizona.  I rolled down my windows, blasted the radio and enjoyed the fresh and crisp wind on my face.   read more
